Um no I wouldn't think you would be at great risk or any danger. Lol unless you don't have the sick people's priscription filled on time! Just kidding. I think your good. Enjoy your job :)
This is an odd question. What are you afraid of? I am allergic to several antibiotics and never had a reaction while counting our or working near these antibiotics. For example, I am allergic to penicillin and mixed at least one penicillin bottle a day. Maybe I developed a tolerance, but I never had a reaction.
The most exposure one gets to drugs is when adding water to the top of a child's dry powder solution of an antibiotic. Usually a small cloud emerges that's hard to avoid inhaling. Even these did not cause any problems for myself. But there are different levels of sensitivity. A tech will be required to do most of the mixing and may develop sensitivities.
Compounding pharmacies are a different stories. They have clouds of powder floating around the mixing areas of many drugs. The mixers should be located next to an intake vent. And some of the apparently have fungi growing in the oddest place like the infamous NECC.
