side effect from oxy cottons

a year ago i was in the hospital and had surgery and everything.i was on oxy cottons the whole time in an awhile when i got out. while i was on them my skin was like baby smooth. i was starting to wean off of them an acne started popping out;i didnt think anything of it. then i hurt myself and took them a little bit more,my skin cleared right up;again,didnt think anything if it. .a year later today my back and shoulders and chest are covered wit what big bumps. . ? ive seen doctors and a derm.,but they all just say its really bad acne,but i know its something more. . .help please?

Thew oxycontin has nothing whatsoever to do with the acne. That being said, get an hva1c. Diabetes can cause acne.

I have not heard of narcotic drugs having this effect of clearing skin.  

If your skin is oily, white vinegar is effective as an astringent.  Or try a tea tree oil soap.  Eat a healthy diet, high in vegetables, fruits, and lean, preferably organic meats, poultry and fish.  

Find out if you have food allergies and avoid problem foods.
