spider bites or skin condition?

i have been getting these red spots all over my belly, back thighs, and arms for months now. i thought that they were spider bites. they show up with white heads, then sometimes turn into big sore red lumps with green puss inside. The last one i had got really infected and i had a whole in my belly the size of a nickel, with a depth also about nickel depth. i dont know what these spots are and i have no idea how to go about preventing them. they get giant red cirles around them with fever. any clue what this is?

Red circles around insect bites are characteristic of a tick infected with Lyme disease. This appears as a "bulls-eye" and requires immediate treatment by antibiotics. What you require is  an in-person evaluation by a physician.

By the description of the spots, it sounds like acne.

The big ones the size of a nickel sound like they have got infected or have got abscessed.

I would suggest you see your doctor to get them checked out and to give you a correct diagnosis on examination.

I would also like to add that I dont have bed bugs, animals, flea's, or cockroaches.
