stomach pains and more!

For the past 2 months or more I have had dull, achy stomach aches just about every day. I also believe I am constipated. I have bowel movements 2 - 3 times a week and they aren't very easy to pass. Occasionally I will also have bouts of diarrhea. Over the past month my stomach pains have become more severe. I will get sharp stabbing pains in my lower abdomen, mostly on the left side but sometimes on the right side as well. I take fiber supplements even though I am sure I eat enough fiber. I have recently cut out dairy from my diet incase this is related to a possible lactose intolerance. So far I have had no luck. I also have felt very fatigued and have constant headaches and muscle aches throughout my entire body. My period this month was very clotty and painful and my blood was black the entire time. Not dark red or brown but actually black. I know it can be black and dark when it is dried or old blood but since day 1 of my period this month it was black. Today I woke up and as I was getting dressed I noticed a very odd looking bruise on my lower left abdomen. It is sort of blue with red splotches and it is really painful. I touched down gently on it and felt a lump and now I am very worried. I don't remember hurting myself in anyway to get a bruise here. What is wrong with me?? I would like to schedule a doctor's appointment soon but I'm just not sure if maybe this is all in my head or if I actually have a problem. Any input would be greatly appreciated and if there is anything you need me to clarify further please ask and I will do so.

hi there, i understand the abdmoninal pains and difficult bowel movments and it could be related to a oravry cyst or endometriosis, im no doctor and im not really knowlegable enough to give any advice but to get yourself to the doctors and dont worry if you have the pain then dont leave it. i never have any bruising when im bad so it might not be but when you go to the doctors be confident and let them know everything your feeling and whats going on and im sure they will help you find the answer to your problem. hope this has helped (even if its not a very informative answer) :D

This could be coeliac disease or ibs,
but the period this is worrying, you might have cysts, so id go see a doctor and get an ultrasound asap! they can be dangerous if they explode in the body, so i really would go asap :)
