take norvasc and it helps me greatly.  There is help out there for people that cannot afford their meds.  Many meds including Norvasc comes in generic which I get and I only pay $4.00 for the generic Norvac at Walmart.  There is patient assistance programs out there where you can contact manufacture if med is high and you may be able to get it free. There is also clinics like HealthRite that provides free meds and health if meet criteria.  Talk with your doc and research on internet.  Stopping meds needed can kill you.

It would be very unsafe due to physical withdrawal symptoms to
stop the medications at once. There should be a way you
can obtain coverage for the medications.  For example
there is the Patient Assistance Program where the companies
that produce the medications can if a person is eligible and falls between
the gaps with insurance coverage provide them without cost. You
could ask your doctor or psychiatrist to call with you to fill out the application  forms.
Also there are clinics that have sliding scale fees that might be of help.
There should be other options as well to make sure you have
the coverage you need for the prescriptions.
