symptims mimking hypoglycemia

Hello everyone, my problem is that im always hungry and nothing seems to calm it down, at the times after eating i get hungry from 5min 20min or even an hour amd than im hungry again. Gone to da dr and no low blood sugar, no thyroid problems Nd badically test are good. Its really annoying, i was wondring if anyone has gobe through this, or psychological? Ive Lso suffer from an anxiety disorder maybe this is the problem

I think this is probably psychological in your case then.  Are you taking any medication for your anxiety?

Meal one breakfast=nice size with full servings
snack
Lunch = nice size will full servings
snack
Dinner=smaller than lunch (if this is when you settle down to rest)
bedtime snack=a light snack that would not interrupt sleep or cause anything like heartburn/indigestion.

I would suggest making sure you have at least six meals a day and purchase healthy filling snacks.  Most fruit are like drinking glasses of water so that wont work, however if you are into trail mix or something i would suggest making your own with dried fruit roasted almonds or sunflowerseeds, or peanuts, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.  Something like that will be more filling and last a while. After mixing it put it in small zip lock bags.

As for why your so hungry it could be that your body is craving a nutrient or two that it is not being furnished.
