I have had pneumonia quite a few times, you very well could have it, def. some kind of lung infection, bronchitis,  just to warn , There were 2 times when I had severe pneumonia, and my temp.  was low ,  which just meant my body was not fighting the infection at all.  So even if your temp is low, you must go, it will only get worse if its pneumonia,  will not go away on its own.  I hope you feel better, get to the docs!!

sounds like a bad chest or lung infection.. if you had pneumonia?? you would have high fever also and would be a very sick person.. its very dangerous.. GO to doctors either way for an antibiotic..
