where can I go?

I had a spontaneous cerebral spinal fluid leak about a year and a half ago.  I have had many MRI's of my brain and spinal cord.  I was very sick for about nine months.
Brief History:  I sneezed twice and my nose ran like a faucet for about five to ten minutes and then it stopped.   After that I felt very tired and rested for about an hour being that I was at a relatives house.  When I left, I started to feel pain up and down my spine and it spread all over my body.  It was like my whole body went into spasms of pain.  After that I felt like I was running fevers off and on, I felt sick to my stomach and tried to vomit but couldn't, I was dizzy and I was in excruciating pain from my neck, shoulders and head.  The pain seemed to shift on both sides of my head I had tinnitus, like I was listening to a sea shell.  It spontaneously resolved itself according to MRI's, but I have numbness on the left side of my head, nausea, dizzyiness, irregular heart beat and I am getting weaker.  I cannot even walk for more than twenty minutes before I become weak and feel ill.  I walked for two hours a day only three months ago.  My blood tests are within normal limits, however an ultrasound showed a slightly enlarged thyroid gland.  I think I might have a clot in my brain or something in my spinal cord because I get a lot of head rushes, like I am not getting enough oxygen/blood to my brain.  My heart is also acting strange.  I also have a herniated disk in my cervical spine and two cysts in cervical spine, possibly from the leak.  I am really scared, I feel like the MRI's missed something.  One neurologist told me I was having TIA's but not to worry.  I am very worried and scared.
