fever and cough

Hi,
       I suffered cold before 20 days and within a week i got cough and fever.
I undergone madical assistance and have got relief from cold and fever after a week.But still then cough continues.Amd few days after again i suffered from fever.I had tested my blood for typhoid and malaria results show it negative.Now I realished my heart beats abnormally and coughing continues even after taking cough syrup and fever also continues for more than week.Plese assist me.

what color is your phlegm? could be bronchitis? im surprised they didnt give you the "zpack" anyway.... for the cold and cough .... im always given that for a cold and cough esp. if it doesnt go away... ask to have your oxygen level measured

for the coughing i went online for some homemade remedies and there is quite a few you can try! like the one that work for me i had a really bad dry cough and i tried grape juice(dark color one) with honey warmed up together! its really sweet but it worked! but as for the fever since my family is from Cambodia we do this thing called coining! its where we take a coin(could be a penny,quarter or any other coin),lotion,vicks or anything like that and you would slight rup your back (kind of like your scraping yourself  but have someone else do it for you) but not to the point where you bleed! only enough for it to be  slightly red! when your skin is red you can see that your pores had open up a bit this allows for your body to release the heat of the fever! and when you are done with this you must stay covered either with a sweater or just stay under your covers and just sweat it off!! please let me know once you have tried this!
