Sometimes after you worry for a long time over a problem, even when you are told it is untrue, the thought has become so ingrained that it wont go away immediately.  Your mind is tired from your ordeal but as it rests you will see the truth- No HIV.  Your test proves conclusively you don't have HIV or AIDS- but the fear of that thought makes it persist.  If this untrue thought persists for long then seek counseling.

Why would you link scabies and nail infection to HIV/AIDS? Probably 95% of people in India who have both scabies and nail infection don't have HIV. HIV test results always trump symptoms and your test result means that you fall into that 95%.

This forum is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you persist in linking everything that is going on with your body to HIV then you are beyond the scope of help that this forum can provide. As I said the next logical step for you is to seek a psychologist if you can't accept your conclusive negative result.
