Thrush can occur in immunologically normal people. And, you should not assume that is what you have until it has been diagnosed by a health care provider. See a doctor if you are concerned about your tongue.
I suggest that you just have an HIV test, since it seems pretty clear that you will have trouble letting this go until you have one. I will permit no more comments, unless and until you have reported the results of your HIV test.
Hey thanks a lot joggen. For the last two weeks I was relaxed , after reading your post I didnt visit the forums on medhelp ; but today in the morning ( like every morning ) I noticed the creamy white patch on the back of my tongue which breaks into white dots at the back. When I google Oral Candidadus , almost every website terms it as the most common HIV symptom. It honestly scares the living daylights out of me. Recently a friend was ill who took some heavy anti boitics and steriods and his tongue also developed a similar coating . Now this leads me to believe that there is something wrong with my immune system , altough I am perfectly healthy ?
Could it be just beacsue of food accummulating or too much coffee ?? or smoking ? I just cant find an explanation for this and honeslty this is the only thing that gets me thinking about HIV ???
Thank you so much
"Summarily in a moment of weakness a year and a half ago i had short protected intercourse with an italian SW , who put on the condom ( it was hers)"
ZERO risk for HIV as you were already advised.
"Anyway the very next day both my armpits were quite sore , however i dismissed it as probably bieng something else"
Not an acute HIV symptom and they only appear 2-4 weeks after exposure.
"A few months later i developed a condition of hyperhydrosis ( excessive sweating in my armpits ) all day long , and still have it. I never had it before in my life."
Probably anxiety-related.
" Also I have developed milia like acne on my penis and face as well as acne on my back. I also have white spots at the back of my tongue."
Most likely perfectly normal features that you would have normally ignored but are irrationally associating with HIV.
" I know that my bieng positive is very remote"
WRONG, the chance isn't even remote it is ZERO.
" but still the above changes in my body are a constant remainder of the mistake I made and how i might be HIV positive"
See above, nothing that you describe even remotely resembles acute HIV infection.
I suggest two possible courses of action to address your anxiety- have an HIV test as you were advised in your other thread, or consider counseling. Surely whatever country you are in has a confidential clinic that you could visit. The test will be negative and you can put this behind you. Or consider counseling to identify other possible sources of your anxiety, such as guilt or regret over seeing a CSW. If by "family" you mean wife and kids, then this is something you should definitely consider.
