Unprotected Sex, Worried Sick

Hello, thank you for the help (even though Im the biggest retard and Im paying for it)

Guys, I need some help, I am a 22 year old male, uncircumcised, with 1 day after exporsure and here is what happend (first time doing this and is was the worst mistake of my life!!!!!): After living for six months in the city of Cali (Colombia) studying pretty hard and no type of relationships whatsoever, I had an incredible urge to go and have as much sex as I could in one night (stupid me!!!).
1) I began my night by having unprotected sex (mostly oral, with only a few minutes of vaginal) with a young prostitue. She was very reluctant to do it, as I wore a condom for most of the time, but after mutual consent and reassurances that we where both clean, we did it unprotected, but I could not reach climax.
2) Not satisfied, I went to meet her again at a place she was going to be at, but instead ended up with another girl. We had protected sex, but she did give me a handjob with out a condom and lubricated with her saliva my penis (I know man! what tha hell was I thinking!!!). I still did not reach climax.
3) So after that, I went for a 3rd round at another place, where I got this other girl. We kissed and rubbed for a bit, then she gave me a few licks but I immidiatly told her to stop and put my condom on. Other than that, she rubbed herself agaist me before putting the condom, but after that it was really quick, protected sex (if you can even still call it that...)

Now, I now what I did was BEYOND stupid and I really NEVER plan on doing it again. I am INCREDIBLY worried about this, couldnt even get any sleep last night, and almost started to cry today and I keep thinking about what will be my life with HIV. I am leaving to the states in early december, and I could really use some help and insight. What are my best options? The fastest the result, the better. I was reading about the HIV NAT test, that it could provide results after only 11 days of exposure.
Please help!!! I really never thought that this would happen to me but it did and its the worst feeling ever.......

You would need to call an ASO, testing facility or the Department of Health to see which tests are used as a whole. Keep in mind that tests may vary from facility to facility. If you are thinking of traveling great distances or spending alot of money to obtain s DUO, I feel it is unnecesary. After approximately 3-4 weeks, the Antigen Ag component of the DUO is irrelevent, at that time, antibodies would be produced in such quantites as to suppress Antigens Ag, so essentially the only relevent component would be the Antibody Ab.This would give you a 3rd gen Antibody test anyway. If you can easily obtain a DUO, by all means go ahead, if  not, even though it may be tough, wait until the 6 week mark and have an HIV antibody test performed. As joggen pointed out earlier, your risk of HIV infection per your episode is not as high as you may fear.

Hello, once again thank you for your help, but I have developed another question:
My anxiety will not let me clear my mind away from this problem, and I have tried to find out if the recommended DUO test is available in the city of Miami (which is where I am from and where I am going to be next week for a month 1/2) through the web but I have not been able to. I have also seen that the DUO test has only been recently approved by the FDA for the United States.
My question is, is there the possibility that the DUO test is not available in the city of Miami, or in the state of Florida? Is there anywhere I can find out if the DUO test is already being used in the city?
I know this may not be a suitable question for the forum, but this is really a living hell. I cannot wait to move on with my life.
Once more, thank you for your help and support..

Thank you guys for your helpful answers, I very much appreciate them.

Your comments have calmed me (although not completely since the chance of me becoming infected still exists) and are very much appreciated.

Apparently from what I have read on this site and a few others, HIV contamination is far more difficult than I was lead to believe before I (superficially) informed myself, and although that does not excuse my behavior (which I will certainly not repeat), this has lead me to believe that more accurate information should be made available to the public.
With this said, I will continue to update my situation in hopes that my own experience may help others in a similar situation.

Once again, thank you guys for the help.

As joggen has told you, we absolutely expect you to test NEGATIVE over this encounter. I will only add, if the DUO ab/ag test is NOT available in your area, seek an ELISA Antibody test @ 6 weeks. This can be done by either blood draw or through Oraquick Oral Transudate (swab) testing.

The only potential exposure you had was #1. Your HIV risk from this incident isn't nearly as high as you might think. You don't know whether your partner was infected, and even if she was the average frequency of transmission is 1 in 1000 episodes of unprotected vaginal sex. Thus, the chances are strong that you were not infected.

I don't recommend the NAT test as your risk isn't high enough to justify it. I would suggest that you have a DUO (antibody + antigen) at 4 weeks after your FIRST encounter. A negative DUO at 4 weeks is considered conclusive and will prove that you didn't catch HIV from that encounter. I think you will come out of this just fine- I expect you to test negative from this encounter. Just let this serve as a life lesson and always wear condoms in the future.
