Highly risk exposure and window period

I post this question for one of my friends. About three months ago , he met a man with Hiv +from website .They perform protected anal canal intercourse. My friend was on inserted side. Before the man ejaculated ,my friend feel pain on his anal ,so he stop it. But unfortunately ,he found that the condom was widely broken ,he was hurt and blood was seen. My friend known that activity was a highly risk exposure .He was so worried that take test every week with ELA and rapid test. The last test was on 86 day .We all known that the window period is 3 months . I want to know whether a three months test is conclusive result in his so highly risk exposure ?  Thanks!

Those that need to test at 6 months, are IV drug users, people on chemo, people taking anti-rejection drugs for transplants and people that have a severe immune disease.
