Suspected contaminated Needle

Hi,
I am an Indian male, I was down with fever on 14 Oct 2012, with cough & cold and stomach upset, I went to a small time clinic and doctor gave me an injection on my hip and thus I could not see whether he used unused injection, though when I asked him whether he used new syringe and needle to which he said yes, yet i was not sure and got myself checked with HIV 1/2 & P 24 Combo test (CMIA) on 11 Mar 2013, and result was Index value 0.2 Non reactive, do I have to get it checked again ?

You didnt require a test, now that you already tested, you are conclusively negative, you dont have a hiv concern.
