Strong Vaginal/Oral Exposure 24 days back
Dear Sir,
i am 33 male, had unprotected vaginal/oral sex with hiv positive lady 24 days back. I came to know that now hiv test can be done after 3 months. Is it possile to get pcr test now to get the status as i am in anxity. kindly suggest the way to get out of confusion as i cant wait for 3 months.

3 months post exposure is when you can obtain your conclusive test result.

a duo at 4 weeks or an antibody test at 6 weeks will give you a very good indication of your status.
