Testing negative after 10 months ... do i have to repeeat the test

I had a vaginal sexual intercourse with a stranger in may 2010 and tested negative after 4 months and 10 months. However I'm still worried as i'm getting sick with recurring sinusitis and tonsilitis for more than 5 months now. does that mean that i need to test for HIV again
