21 weeks testing - 2

Hello all thanks for your help, In last post I ask about me my self 21 week HIV testing hope you remember... This time it's regarding my wife before 3 days she had pain in chest and upper back portion after taking pain killer chest pain has gone but back pain is still there after my 5 month HIV testing negative I stop used condom with her... So I want to know it's my wife problem is due to HIV risk or something else is problem? Because still I have symptoms like pain in upper back, hand, chest & leg... Pls help me... Thanks
