One last time; Even though you are in a resource poor country in SE Asia you will have had a relaible test. Therefore you can be assured of your HIV status.

I will assume that even though you are in a resource poor country in SE Asis you should still have had access to a releavent HIV testing regime. So my advice still stands. The only drugs that could supress the immune system would be immune supression druge normally taken after a transplant to stop rejection. Street drugs would not affect the test result.

you posted testing method from UK and US can be conclusive at 3months
but i m from one of south east asia country (poor one)
the method may not be up to date
the method which i done is first rapid test
he told me that if i had used drugs to faint my immune system, the anti body can't detect at 3months.
I want to have sex with my lover.
Am i clearly?
or
Should i wait?

Testing at three months is considered conclusive. "the man" as you call him is wrong to say you need to re-test again at six months. End of story.
