the only way to know your status is to test 3 months post exposure. this will give you a conclusive result.
NO, i didn't. What advice can you give me?
I advice you to take ELISA for HIV1/2 6-8 weeks and 13 weeks after the last unprotected sexual exposure.
A result of 6 week is highly unlikely to get changed .However 13 week test is compulsory for reliable results.
Always use condoms and never share needles.
Chirag
did you know that she had hiv when you were having unprotected sex ?
Can I say by what you said I have a chance to be negative?
Do a test now if it comes out negative then you only have to be worried about exposures over the last 3months.do a test now if negative then.............test 8 weak after your last sex if negative then.............test 3 months after your last sex.
