5 weeks post exposure

Quick question; as you can see from my older posts, 5.5 weeks ago I had a condom break incident with an African CSW, 2-3 days afterwards I developed a burning/aching on my penis which is still present today (Tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia both negative) Anyway at the 3.5-4 week mark I developed a dry cough (with some production) in fits of 30-60mins each, this subsided into week 4.
Week 5 and I have developed a stiff neck and what could be swollen nodes in the back of my neck (not sure as I have been poking around!) and aching nodes (not swollen) under my jaw line. I have also had a periodic sore throat for the last 3-4 days, made better temporary whilst eating and drinking. Does this sound anything like ARS, and can ARS occur after 4 weeks?
Also where I am based there is only the Elisa test for HIV, when is the earliest this can give an accurate reading?
Thanks

...testing at 4-6 weeks post exposure will give you a good indication of your status. If your negative at that time, it is very unlikely to change. Follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result. ARS do not appear 2-3 days afterwards, and symptoms do not come in ones!

Capillus HIV antibody test non-reactive at 6 weeks post potential exposure. Good sign?

teak, Can you confirm that an Elisa test after 5-6 weeks would give a good indication?

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.
