What are the chances of catching HIV from an unprotected blowjob? I did ejaculate inside her mouth. I do not have any cuts on my penis and her mouth did not appear to have any cuts.

After 13 days of having sex unprotected for a minute and I did not ejaculate inside the woman, I got a blood test and a DNA (NAAT) test. Both came up negative. Two nights ago I met a woman in a bar and got an uncovered blowjob from her and came inside her mouth. There were no cuts on my penis and no cuts inside her mouth. Is there any point of getting retested or am I being too paranoid?

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

I thought semen has HIV. Is this not true. Can you please forward me some good infromation to read? Why can't HIV be transmitted via orally even if someone is bleeding?
Read into what the experts say about oral sex. They say no risk of HIV.
