Reese6327, everyone who is a member here will tell you that you tested conclusively negative.
As CurfewX told you, the instructions state to discard test at the appropriate time. "There is a reason for that" as you now know. You are getting yourself worked up over human error.
Also latex condoms are proven to protect against hiv.
Relax, you are fine concerning hiv.

The test has specific instructions, including not reading it after a specific timeframe.  You should have tossed it out immediately after reading it at the time suggested on the instructions.  You are conclusively HIV-negative and do not need to test further.

I'm really at home terrified and freaking out like my mouth has been dry for like 3 weeks and every morning I wake up there's a white coat over my tongue but after I brush the white stuff is gone but my mouth is still dry. I feel tired sometimes weak but besides that its. This started happening after I got off my BC pills.

So after 20 minutes throw the test away?
Whatever symptoms you are having are NOT due to HIV.  Your test in November was conclusive.  There was no need to test again, and yes, you are supposed to throw the test away after reading it at the time stated on the instructions.
Thank you that made me feel a little better thank you thank you
What was your risk? Unprotected vaginal or anal?
Everyone's mouth changes color btw but you never bothered studying yours before.
It was protected and never notice the inside what color would my mouth be if I had hiv
It's not relevant.  Mouth color (or any other "symptom") doesn't diagnose HIV.  Only a test does.  You had no risk to begin with from protected sex, and your test proves you do not have HIV, even though you didn't even need to test.

Best thing you can do for yourself now is to stop searching the internet for evidence that you have HIV.  You do not.
