41 days HIV Rapid test negative

After reading posts on this website, I believe this is the place for my question.

I had a ONS with my client's accountant (Lady), and was using condom at that time. The issue is I got anal fistula surgery couple of months ago, and there was a wound beside my anal. In the morning after the sex, I found there is a little bit blood on my underwear. I went to CDC for a HIV rapid test on 41 days afternoon (maybe 42 days depends on hours), and get negative result after 20 mins. She was recently divorced, and we are working on one project for couple of months.., is this 41 days result can be conclusive? do I need to do a test after 3 months?

Thanks a lot for your help.
