Swollen node behind ear

I've had a swollen lymphnode behind my right ear for about three years. Not painful, kinda rubbery and moves around a bit when pushed. It's probably 1cm long. I've had no other major symptoms and I'm not currently ill but the swelling has never gone down, the catch is that I don't have health insurance and when I move my neck a certain way I can see what I believe to be another node at the side of my neck on the same side. It's small and soft and doesn't hurt and I can only see it when I strain my neck. Is this cause for concern?
