I know this guy whose wife and kid died of HIV/AIDS 5 years ago but he still test negative.
Is it possible? if so can his blood or semen disinfect people infected with HIV by transfusion or sex?

Thanks so much. What wonders me was the wife was HIV+ and the guy knew it before they got married and had that child
