ARS rash and sore throat after 8 weeks?

19 year old male
unprotected oral, protected anal receptive and got the other male's ejaculate on penis afterwards. The guy says he gets tested every 3 months and also got tested 2 weeks after the exposure.

The immediate day I felt something weird in my throat and I kept having to clear my throat, sometimes sore but not really. This lasted for about two weeks. At two weeks, I thought I had a palm rash and then the next night experienced a very light night sweat, probably from stress and warm room. The throat was still sometimes sore but maybe for a few minutes. Sometimes just felt a little sick but probably from being depressed and worried all the time. Lymph node on right side in neck seemed a little swollen. Tested at 46 days using home access and results came back negative. However just a couple days before felt a tiny lymph node, less than1 cm under right armpit. Arm pit has been sore couple times every day. At 7 weeks, arm pain (not sure if from the lymph node or intensely working out the week before). At about 8.5 weeks, there were some papules and macules on my chest. I have bad skin so I was unable to tell if they were just acne or something but some of the papules have then flattenedd out a bit. And there is one large slightly elevated macule on my right collar region. All these lesions have at a white border, peeling skin and some are also peeling on top. I also have a slightly sore throat which hurts only randomly but most of the time is just bothersome and feels irritated however looking at my throat, it is inflamed. The throat and the "rash" has been persisting still at 11 weeks. Yesterday I saw a few more papules appear. I am totally freaked out. Is it possible for ARS symptoms to come so late? Most websites say 2-4 weeks but some say within 6 months. Any insight or help right now would be greatly appreciated.

What is your doctor's name? What university is he affiliated with? What publications does he already have in HIV?

You're going to have to back up your story if you want people to actually believe it.

If your doctor is so "experienced" with hiv, then there is no need for you to be on this forum and asking for help.

I have read too many ALREADY PUBLISHED papers to know that is not true.

I have a question regarding the ars rash.
If there is a rash at all, it is transient right?
Meaning it would come for a week and then leave without a trace?

No there is not. You had protected sex. You had NO RISK and your symptoms have nothing to do with the situation you've provided.

There is always some risk though?
Especially isn't possible that he was also in acute primary infection also, which would make transmission much more likely? Transmission through precum or saliva, or the semen through the urethra.
The rash with these continuing symptoms are so suspicious.

And I have read too many papers, websites, and forums, and I know the time frame doesn't match and duration, there was no fever, nothing is syncing correctly. However these symptoms are so suspicious.

I stopped reading after the first sentence: you had no risk of HIV infection from the activities that you describe.

I skipped the small dissertation about your symptoms, since they are absolutely worthless in judging whether anyone is infected or not. It's too bad that you didn't read through previous threads as you would have learned this, and could have saved yourself some time by not including this extraneous information.

The key information in your post is that you didn't have unprotected anal sex with your partner. Beyond that, nothing else makes a bit of difference in determining whether or not you were infected.

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.
