Rapid Test after 7 weeks

Hello,

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a woman I know since a long time. We both tested negative in December. But in January she had a new boyfriend with whom she had sex twice, unprotected. She was not happy with him and they separated again.
In April, before Easter we had sex again and I developed Canker sores, a rash on the buttocks, athlethes foot and light sore throath 3-4 weeks after that, all of which is still persistent. I took a rapid test 48 to 49 days after the intercourse which was negative.
My friend said that she will not take a new test because this guy did not even come inside her and did not last long. So for her the risk is almost non existent.
In addition we live in Germany where the spread of HIV among heterosexuals is very low. (between 0.1 and 0.2%),
Questions:
- Is the test reliable after 48 days
- was her and my risk really that low
- how many people do really test positiv at the 12 weeks mark after having been tested negativ at the 6 or 7 week mark?
Thanks for the answer and apologies for my english.

Hi, conclusive testing would be 3 months post exposure and any negative is good.
