ARS symptoms

Had low risk  encounter with a CSW in Thailand on 14 of feb 2015. Last Monday and all through Tuesday I had a temperature, this past weekend I've felt a slight bother at the bottom of my throat (esophogus) with no fever. The last two days I can feel the lymph nodes on the right side of my groin and my neck feel swelled up. Got test for gonorrhoea, chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis and HIV. All came back negative. Is this a sign of ARS?

Met up with a Thai CSW in Bangkok on the 14th of feb. She tried to give me oral with a condom but was unable to get a full erection. Took off the condom and she jumped on top and my uncircumcised penis was rubbing against her vagina with no penetration. I put on another condom to try and have penetration, but again was unable to get an erection.
