ARS?

I am a gay male, 31. I've had unprotected sex recently. For two weeks or so I had an itchy sensation on my right breast. A few days ago, 4 or 5 red bumps appeared on that breast and then vanished the next day or so. The day the red bumps appeared on my chest (around 2 weeks after itching in that same area) I had diarrhea and have had that for a few days now. I also had a itchy bump on the right top side of my back, and pimples on my scalp and forehead over the last few weeks-month. One pimple-like growth was on my upper abdomen. I never had a fever, muscle ache, or malaise. Also, there is a very slight, intermittent ache on the left side of my groin. I do not have diffuse swollen lymph nodes or any flu-like symptoms except the diarrhea (with no stomach pain, strangely). Nor do I have a rash all over my body, just the itchy rash where a few red bumps appeared later. Is this mild ARS?

Symptoms or the lack of symptoms will never tell you your status. The only way to obtain your status is by testing. You can test 3 months post exposure to obtain a conclusive test result.
