Rashes in genital area

Hi. I am a 31 year old male. I had sex with a CSW 10 days back and had worn two condoms. I was also careful not to indulge in unprotected oral sex and neither was any kissing involved. I checked the condoms for any leak or breakage and was good there too.

However since the next day i developed rashes around the 'V' are of the genital and noticed that my testicle skin had turned pink. After 8 days of that incident I have developed a boil on the testicle which is non itchy but painful to touch or pressure. The rashes are mildly itchy and have subsided considerably. Could it be just heat or something more serious.

Can you tell me whether there is exposure to any STDs? What kind of a diagnosis would you recommend and the type of doctor I should visit.

Thanks in advance

You don't have an HIV concern. If you have an STD question you need to post in the STD forum.
