Is an ELISA HIV test after 10 weeks from exposure conclusive ? I want to know specifically about ELISA test . Thanks
The symptom was there before I thought I had hiv . The dry skin was there before I had sex not after .

its complicated. i had a rash kind of thing at the base of my penis. kind of like dry skin. so i fear that the condom did not completely cover my whole penis. and the dry skin made it a high chance of the virus getting through ?
No in your case it isn't complicated, because only the head needs protecting. You had no risk and wasted your time testing for something you can't have.
You have no medical training, so not much chance of self diagnosing correctly. Your self-diagnosed "HIV symptom" proved nothing since you don't have HIV, although a condom doesn't protect against std so you could check out the std forum.
