question about testing.

I took the oraquick test and she told me to slide the thing on my gums.   she put it in this "tube".  about 3-5 min later she told me it is taking a while for mine to come up so she start swishing it and tapping it in the fluid.  My question is.

1.Do you think that could have messed up my test.
2. She said it was taking a long time for mine to come up ( for that stuff to absorb) do you think I could have had a bad test.

It started to go up once she started swishing it and tapping it in the fluid.  Thank you for your time.

That is totally incorrect. As long as you tested 3 months post exposure and it was read within 40 the results are conclusive.

She should have left the oraquick test in the tube for 20 minutes and waited for the results,i don't think she knew what she was doing.
