HIV risk

Dear doctors,

I had a protected sex with a woman yesterday. But after ejaculating and putting penis out, I found the condom was not in my penis but woman's vagina. She put condom out of her vagina and found the sperm was all in the condom. So I wanna inquire the risk of infecting HIV and the necessity of  HIV test?

I look forward to your reply, thank you!

I'm assuming you are referring to the 4th generation duo test. The test can detect HIV at 9 days after, but is considered completely  conclusive after 1 month.

Thank you for your reply! And if I wanna give a HIV P24 Ag+Ab test, how was the shortest time to do the test after having sex?

this is most likely a low-nill risk event (assuming that you were not in contact with vaginal fluids). In any case vaginal sex is fairly low risk and depending on where you are it's highly unlikely the woman would be infected in the first place.
Anyone sexually active should get tested regularly (once a year) to be on the safe side.

It sounds like your encounter was protected up until the actual pulling out phase. Since the semen was still in the condom, there was probably not breakage. I don't think you need to have an HIV test. 1) because it was vaginal sex, and 2) because you used a condom. Take care.
