help me
i had anal sex 3 years ago with my friend we both are men though semen was not involved ,everything was fine but i had problem in my genitals always itching and had irritation in it but i thought of it as yeast infection and did'nt visited the docter but now its about a month i am having diahrea and have lost some weight i dont know what to do i am very afraid and think about it all the time i dont know what to do and fear to go for a test please help me and give me some suggestions
