Antibodies?

So, apparently for "most" infected individuals they will produce detectable antibodies a couple weeks after infection. Right or wrong? Aside from that, is there a time when your body will stop producing detectable HIV antibodies? Are blood tests more reliable than the oral tests? Why does it seem like they are recommended more? Thanks again everyone.

Thanks
Is there a time when HIV antibodies will not be detectable? Also would the antibiotic Augmentin used for sinus infection bear any results on an antibody test?

50% of people produce antibodies two weeks after infection, and something like 80-90% produce antibodies 4 weeks after infection.

Are you worried about a risk in particular?
