Any need for testing

I know you will say no risk just want to know is there any need for testing. I have been Tanzania for the past five weeks holidaying as the case may be hooked up with some local girls had sex three times with 1 of them over a one week period three weeks back all was condom protected since last monday had sore throat night sweats and general weakness now my temperature is at 38.1 was given some anti biotics yesterday morning by a local doctor but Iam concerned consirdering the high rate of hiv in africa and now Im due home friday im afraid of infecting my fiancee.

Thank you for your answers so conclusion all condom action is no risk.

You're completely wrong. Condoms are 100% effective against HIV and since you used condoms you have no HIV concern. Furthermore if someone tells you that you had no risk then under what logic would you be asking if you need to test? Testing for no risk is not logical. It's common sense.

I know you are 99% correct but want to know why cdc says 80% effective for condoms makes you wonder if you not in the unfortunate 20 that was just my concern,I guess you deal with real life people and not demographies and percentages so you will have higher degree of accuracy comppared to the cdc.

Condom protected intercourse is NO RISK for HIV infection.
