Ars symptoms on sixth week

Is it possible to get ars symptoms on week 6 after receiving unprotected oral sex from an unknown status man? I had a high fever for 2-3 days during these days I had chest discomfort after eating like food was slowly making its way down my tract which is extremely rare for me and i had chills and night sweats... Then high fever was gone and Ive been having mild fevers on and off that feel more like a warmer than usual body than fever... And right after high fever was gone i got a cold sore on my lower lip, which I believe I spreaded to my chin because i touched it and might have rubbed my face with it... Now I get tired very easily even 2 weeks after high fever... I dont remember noticing any skin rash... Does the cold sore count as a skin rash? And my lymph glands have been slightly swollen on and off... My chest still gives me discomfort with no eating like pressure being exerted on it and my heart gets accelerated very easily with a few steps. My mild fever is usually better identified after waking up and it vanishes during the way and it comes back later at night... I dont remember having a sore throat more than one day... And ive been having some dry coughing ever since the high fever was gone... Now its a lot less frequent but it hasnt stopped yet. I know i need to get tested but im still on week 8th and travelling so its a bit difficult now... Im getting myself crazy... Could you tell me your opinion pls? My mild fever wont go away for good any time soon it seems...
Please answer my question please!!

How bout other stds? Do you notice any similarity to other stds? I've seen other websites where they ensure that there has been some evidence cases of getting infected through oral sex. Have you heard of these cases in the literature?

No, you never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
