BREAST MILK

I have read through many sites that Breast- Milk transmission is no Risk for Adults. I have 2 Questions ( Assuming that Breast-milk is from HIV + female)

1) If a small Quantity ( Say 1-2 Drops) of Breast-milk splash in eye, what is the risk ?
2) If a small Quantity ( Say 1-2 Drops) of Breast-milk drop on a open wound, what is the risk ?

Thanks & best Regards,

Sanjay

My question is specific to "Adults" Only. If it is a "Zero risk" Exposure, issue can be closed.
