ARS symptom possible after 2 months?

My exposure: broken condom 15-35 seconds with prostitute..

7/3/2008 - possible exposure
7/11/2008 - 8 days - weird rash around the neck and a little on shoulders (gone in an hour)
7/31/2008 - 28 days - OraQuick HIV test - neg
8/3/2008 - 31 days - Slight sore throat with occasional elevated temperature to 99.00 degrees. Lasts 3 days.
8/14/2008 - 42 days - OraQuick HIV test - neg
8/28/2008 - 56 days - weird rash around the neck and a little on shoulders again....

I am going to get tested at 3 months, but before that:

3 questions:
1) Can ARS come in the form of rash around the neck and a little on shoulders and disappear in an hour 56 days after possible exposure without any other symptoms? I feel great otherwise.

2) In general, should I still be scared of ARS symptoms at 56 days after possible exposure or do they not show up that late in people with healthy immune system? (I know that ARS is never reliable and all, but I just want to know whether it happens this late. If not, I will feel better about this annoying rash)

3) Does ARS rash disappear in an hour or usually stays for longer period of time or uncertain?

Your rash has nothing to do with HIV.

Well, rash appeared while i was not thinking about it at all and I haven't been anxious lately. Disappeared in 10-15 mins though. It was a lil hot in the room...so I don't know...
