You did not have a risk. To start the breast milk was too minimal for a risk and your an adult, breast milk will not infect adults due to a number of reasons.
Just to expand a little on what Vance said in your other thread, other reasons that breast milk is a risk to infants and not adults besides volume is that infant's GI tracts and immune systems are less developed than adult's. No adult has ever been infected that way. It is not a realistic concern and you should just let this go.
