Broken Condom with CSW, Extremely Scare

Dear Doctor

I am straight male 28 years old. On may 20, I had one possible exposure with involve with broken condom with KTV girl in Cambodia. I asked the girl about her HIV status she replied to me, "I want you feel scary for couple months". I told my friend about incident then he went to ask the girl to test and it came back negative. 12 hours after incident I was prescribed PEP for a month. The PEP was Avocomb (Lamivudine 150mg & zidovudine 300mg) which required to twice a day for 30 days. There were two late does which were about couple couple hours late.

I took HIV 1/2 ab/ag combo test 31/2 weeks (25 days) after PEP which was came back negative.

Here some questions I have:

1. What was my risk from this broken condom incident?
2. Is this PEP treatment sufficient enough to prevent me getting HIV?
3. Can I trust my negative result on this Combo test?

Please help, I am terribly scare about this incident.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. I believe I was inside her for one minute max or maybe less while the condom broke. Then, I changed the condom and finished the intercourse.
