Broken condom with USA sex worker

I apologize in advance for the graphic nature of what I am about to post, but I believe it is necessary to help everyone best assess my risk:

I am a male, and I was intoxicated 2 nights ago while traveling on business in the Chicago suburbs.  I was bored, and so I stupidly went onto Craigslist and called an escort to come to my hotel.  She performed oral protected sex on me for about 10 minutes and then we had anal protected sex in the missionary position for about 2-3 minutes before I ejaculated; however, when I pulled out the condom was broken - it's like 2/3 of it just ripped off the top and 1/3 was left at the base of my penis.  I think the 2/3 portion she either grabbed or was still in her.  She had got up off the floor quickly and went to the bathroom - when I looked down, there was a pool of my semen on the floor.  I questioned her repeatedly about her status and she said was negative and that she gets tested regularly.  The whole situation happened very fast and I was intoxicated, so I can't really figure out when it broke.

My questions:  does the pool of semen on the floor mean the condom may have broken only when I was pulling out, and that I was protected during the intercourse?  Wouldn't the semen still be in her if the condom was broken during the intercourse?   How would rate this risk of STD/HIV infection for this incident?  I have no symptoms of anything right now...but I am considering going to get tested in a week for some STDs and in 35 days for HIV antibodies.

What do you think?  I am hoping some women who have had broken condom experiences may able to help me understand at what point the condom at actually may have broken - the escort was of little help in this regard.  I am in a great committed relationship and I was just bored and weak....I don't care about what happens to me due to my own stupidity and lack of self control, but the idea of possibly infecting her with anything eats away at me every minute.

Got tested at 9 days post-exposure for full panel of STDs (clamydia, gonorrhea, HSV-1, HSV-2, HIV).  Negative across the board and non-reactive for HIV.  While I know this does not settle the issue for HSV and HIV risk with this incident, it is a good start, and I had never been tested before in my life for STDs, so it does set my mind at ease for a number of other encounters I had over the past 15 years.

I have no real symptoms of anything, though my mind plays some tricks on me as I worry about this...I seem to have a mild symptom of some type that changes it's form every day.  No fever, but mild headache, lower body joint pains, and urinary tract dull pains.  I actually may go to Dr and get tested for UTI...see if I should get a dose of antibiotic just be safe on that end.

OK.  Then I will do that.  I also want some answers on other possible STDs, so I will get tests for those next week.  I may still do the 35-day test, and then do 8 weeks and 90 days as well.

Thanks.

Can't tell you when the condom broke no matter what factors are there. No matter what it was a broken condom and a test should be taken at 3 months for a conclusive result. 35 day test would really be worthless...if you want to test early then 8 weeks is a very good indication, but again 3 months is conclusive.
