hello please help

i had unprotected sex with a girl and after 8-9 days i had a slight fever. I went to a clinic in africa and got diagnosed with malaria i got medicine after 10 days i went to another clinic and got diagnosed with salmonella thypi.. After 3 months of exposure i took a oraquick swab hiv test i got a negative result.. But i think i have swabed my gums incorrectly.. What does my test mean? Can i trust my test result? Please help

i dunno i guess i did not followed the instructions.carefully? So what does this mean? Is my negative result is wrong? I am hiv positive?

i swABBed my right side of my gums and thats it. Did i do it correctly?

Did you not read what I told you? Your results were accurate if the C line appeared. Therefore you swabbed correctly.

If you received a "C" line with your test, your result is accurate.  You don't have HIV
