Can HIV be contracted this way?

I was just walking my son to school and we came across a policeman directing traffic while a road recovery lorry was putting a smashed up car on the back of lorry, it didn't look too badly damaged. I noticed a large black pddle in the road but nothing on the pavement as it was damp from previous rain. On the way home the police and recovery truck had gone but there was a load of orange sand all over the road and pavement which I had no choice but to walk through and push my sons pushchair through. My friend has now told me that I should never have walked through it as it was most probably blood, I am now concerened about the fact I walked through it and pushed his pushchair through it, whic is now in my house

The Hiv virus becomes inactive and unable to infect as soon as it is exposed to air so there is absolutely nothing to worry about in this situation. All the best.
