Can I safely rule out HIV infection?

Hello, last year I had protected sex with a Korean CSW, but my balls got wet and I didn't realize this until much later. I don't know if my urethra rubbed up against my balls. A few days after I had a bad cough that subsided after a few days. I tested negative at 6 months, 10 months, 12 months, and 14 months but I have a swollen lymph node near my ear for the past 6 months. Have there been any cases where someone doesn't make antibodies against HIV? Should I get a RNA PCR? The lymph node swelling is small but noticable.

Your risk never existed, your tests were not needed for this particular exposure. You do not have HIV, do not focus on your lymph nodes, they have several other reason to swell
