Can advil night affect HIV test results?

I took an ELISA HIV test 6 months after possible exposure and and a rapid test a week later. Both came out as negative but, for the entire week I was taking advil night to help me sleep, could this have affected my results?

NO.

It would take a very powerful immunosuppressive drug to even have a chance at interfering with conclusive results.  That would be stuff like chemotherapy - not over-the-counter meds or any common medication.
