Can antibody reduce?

Hello,I have a question that if one get AIDS ,can  antibody  reduce or disappear? rapid test after 15 years shows negative.Is the  result  accurate?Is there any possibility that time is too long to detect hiv antibody?

Done tepid test as a Nagative mistake years ago...need other test ?

Hi, firstly there is a difference between HIV and AIDS. HIV is the infection and AIDS is the last stage of the infection if medications are not taken to prevent the virus from multiplying.

Secondly, HIV infections don't take much long to get detected and has nothing to do with reduction of antibodies or increase. The tests are sensitive to even react to a single HIV antibody.
