I apologize in advance for my lengthy description.
I’m a 40 years old, heterosexual male, I have herpes I & II with the last outbreak being almost two years ago, on the 15th Jul 08 I came out with what seemed like a penile yeast infection, I was treated with one fluconazole 150 and Lotrisone cream for 14 days, went away well, I also was taking Zocor (40 mg for 2 month) for my hereditary high cholesterol.
Around the 14th August 08 I was unusually very stressed about a business deal and later had some unusual dizziness, (It was accompanied by a short bout of dry long coughs), went away quickly..
I was still under a lot of stress, while in Paris, on the 20th August 08 (8 weeks, 5 days to last HIV Ab test) I had a hand job followed by an unprotected blowjob performed on me by a female I didn’t know, ejaculated in her mouth, she was lactating, and some of her breast milk may have come in contact with both my tongue and penis.
I also had another unprotected oral performed on me on the 27th AUG., 08 (7 weeks, 5 days to last HIV Ab Test), by a female I knew, -ejaculated in her mouth-, who may have been the one who gave me the herpes few years ago in the first place.
I have had earlier unprotected Veginal intercourse with another person, the last time being on 29th. Jun, 08. (11 weeks, 6 days to last HIV Ab test)
On the 12th SEP 08 I had what seemed like sudden flu symptoms; fever, sweating, long dry cough, dizziness, headache, soar throats and fatigue, most symptoms generally lasted for about a week, I showed my doctor a –one month old- urine test that showed bacteria (I had ureteroscopy to shatter my kidney stone in May, 08) he prescribed Cipro., during the treatment, one morning after taking the Cipro, I was nauseated, I vomited and felt better, after which I noticed what seemed like thrush on the middle of my tongue, I have taken antibiotics before which never caused oral thrush?
I haven’t noticed any swollen lymph nodes or felt any pain from them, is it possible that I have had them swollen without noticing?
On the 17th SEP 08, I had what seemed like another penile yeast infection (showed up after masturbation) also took one fluconazole 150 and Lotrisone, this time it didn’t seem to cure it, but the cream calmed it.
On the 22nd SEP 08 did an HIV Ab test, came back negative
On the 23rd SEP 08 had an outbreak of herpes, treated it with valtrex for three days, went away well, in just over a week.
On the 2nd of OCT, 08 after stopping the Lotrisone cream, I noticed what seemed like a creamy discharge around the inner foreskin are of the penis, cleaned it and started using Pevaril cream for 13 days, then I stopped.
On the 20th OCT 08 (around 60 days) did another HIV Ab test, also came back negative.
I still have fluctuating dizziness, same amount of thrush in the middle of my tongue and a slightly discolored penis head with -now- occasional slight tingling around the head, lost almost ten pounds in 45 days thanks to the depression I’m going through and the lack of appetite it causes and now I sometimes wake up with slight joint stiffness, I had a knee injury about three years ago; now, its pain seems to be reappearing.
I haven’t had sex since, nor I have any interest, as I’m afraid of transmitting HIV to others.
I take zopiclone 7.5 to help me sleep.
Sorry and Terrified of having contracted HIV is an understatement for the low way I’m feeling. Doctor, what are my chances of having contacted HIV please?
I’m desperate for any thoughts you can provide…

I know I didn't have HIV prior to these encounters, as I either had protected sex and/or tested regularly.
Based on my story and symptoms, what are my chances that I have contracted HIV?

U have had a conclusive Hiv test after ur vaginal sex episode.
u dunt get hiv from getting a Blowjob..there has been a case ever in the history of this dreaded disease.
i was a worried well and was concerned abt the unprotected blow job (my exposure from a frnd) but from my extensive research on the net and talking to educated people i cam to the conclusion that getting sucked in NO risk..... DUNT WORRY...ur safe and home free....
