Can i test?

Hello, guys i was wondering if you can answer me this question.
I had a risky sexual encounter and i want to get tested.
The sexual act was 12 weeks ago and i was wondering if the result would be conclusive at this point.
I mean can it be any difference in the result from 12 weeks and  3 months one ? i know it's only a few days but is it possible?
and is this test: Antibody anti-HIV 1+2 (screening) 100% reliable after 12 weeks?
Thanks

i know... i dont want to be a pain or anything, there are so many different opinions on testing, some doctors in my city still beleive in the 6 months mark.  i just want to be sure the test result cant change that's all.

So i got my test result today and it's negative "yay"
The test was  Antibody anti-HIV 1+2 (screening) (cod:86)
The test was done 12 weeks (85days) after the sexual contact.
Is it 100 % or did i do it for nothin and have to retest again at 3 month mark?
