So the only risk is penatrative vaginal and anal sex. And oral sex. No other activity will lead to transmission correct? Whether testing is required in my case?

You are correct about anal and vaginal (but there is no risk if a condom is used) although a non-sex risk is sharing needles that you inject with, so are safe and free to get back to your happy life.
No one got HIV from oral in 40 years of well established HIV history so that is not a risk even if both of you are bleeding though.
